JULIANA LEE
DIRECTOR
Juliana graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree and has been in the legal practice since 1990. She had several years’ experience with ACRA (then known as the Singapore Registry of Companies & Businesses) before entering private practice.
She currently heads the corporate practice of Aptus Law Corporation. Her main areas of practice are corporate law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. She has been involved in a number of public listings, deals with issues regarding compliance by listed companies with the requirements of the SGX and advises on post-listing matters such as bonus issues, stock split exercises and fund-raising exercises such as bonds, rights and warrants issues.
Juliana serves as a professional corporate secretary for numerous companies and additionally renders board service as an independent director to listed companies.
LIEW MENG LING
DIRECTOR
Meng Ling is a qualified Chartered Secretary with the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, ICSA, UK) and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and consultancy work.
Her principal area of practice is in the provision of corporate secretarial services and company administration services encompassing advisory work on compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and the SGX listing rules, Code of Corporate Governance, incorporation of local companies, establishment of branch offices, establishment of offshore companies and dissolution of companies.
Meng Ling has served as an in-house Company Secretary for a group of regional multi-national companies with public-listing on the New York Stock Exchange. She also worked many years as an in-house Company Secretary for several group of companies with listings on the Singapore Exchange prior to that and additionally served as a professional corporate secretary for many years. She has been with Corporate House Pte Ltd since its inception in 2003.
